What is IPTV and how do I use it?

IPTV is watching TV channels over the internet. You get an M3U link or Xtream credentials, enter them in an app (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, VLC, our web player) and you watch.

Which devices do you support?

Smart TV (LG/Samsung with Smart IPTV app), Android (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro), iPhone (our app on the Home Screen, or IPTV Smarters Pro), Windows/Mac/Linux (VLC or our web player), Android TV box, MAG STB box.

How long does activation take after payment?

USDT (TRC20): a few minutes after network confirmation. X-bon: credit added instantly on verification. Email with details arrives as soon as payment is confirmed.

What if a channel doesn't work?

We have a backup pool of 6+ reseller upstreams. If the primary fails, we rotate automatically. If a channel still doesn't work, tell us and we fix it with priority.

Do you keep logs?

We keep: which username started a stream at what time (for billing + abuse prevention). We DO NOT keep: which channels, viewer IP addresses, any identification. Logs are deleted after 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

How do I get support?
